Floor Activation
Be a vendor.
Eight hundred family attendees, grades 3–8, one arena floor, and a hard rule: if a kid can't touch, make, or do something at your booth within ninety seconds, it doesn't get floor space.
“Brochure tables make me sad. Build something a kid can break — I mean, use.”
What a vendor booth includes
- One 10 x 10 floor space in a high-traffic zone
- One 8-foot table and two chairs
- Power and shared Wi-Fi
- Listing on the event website and program
- Two vendor credentials per booth
- Access to both sessions with setup time before doors
The ninety-second rule
Every vendor booth must give a kid something to do within ninety seconds of walking up. That can be a build, a demo, a controller, a puzzle, a print, or a flight. What it cannot be is a pitch, a flyer handout, or a sign-up sheet.
If your activity is right for grades 3–8 and you can keep it hands-on, you belong here. Robotics clubs, maker spaces, coding camps, drone groups, AI educators, retro-tech collectors, 3D-print shops, and hardware tinkerers have all done well on our floor.
Apply now
Applications are reviewed for fit, safety, and whether the activity truly passes the ninety-second test. Space is limited and we expect booths to sell out.
